Wang Yujun, the Secretary of Linyi Municipal Party Committee, attended the celebrating conference. Mayor of Linyi City Meng Qingbin hosted the conference. Other members of standing committee of Linyi Municipal Party Committee also attend the conference including Chairman of Linyi People's Political Consultative Conference Xu Tao, Chairman of the Standing Committee of Linyi People's Congress Du Dejiang, Deputy Party Secretary of Linyi Municipal Committee Zheng Deyan.

7月4日，“业务院长”李红军到临沂市沂南县大庄镇左泉中村看望77岁的李贞奎老人康复情况。山东省立医院专家、共产党员李红军响应党的号召，来到大庄镇卫生院担任“业务院长”。
