Shuttles between Linyi International Airport and Lianyungang City Bus Terminal put into services on July 15. As the first combined transport route run by Linyi International Airport, the direct bus greatly simplifies tourists’ round trip from Lianyungang to Linyi.
▲7月16日上午，临沂市生态环境局召开新闻发布会，通报上半年全市生态环境保护工作情况。记者了解到，今年1-6月份，临沂市空气质量综合指数5.36，居全省第7位，同比改善20.2%；优良天数108天，排名并列全省第9。
The average air quality index (AQI) of Linyi is 5.36 in the first half of 2020, a year-on-year improvement of 20.2 percent, according to a press conference held by Linyi Ecological Environmental Bureau on July 16. With 108 good air quality days, Linyi ranked the ninth place in province.
▲7月16日上午，记者从临沂海关新闻发布会上了解到：2020年上半年临沂市外贸进出口总值405.3亿元人民币，比去年同期（下同）增长13.8%，贸易顺差261.9亿元，扩大8%。从贸易国别和地区看，韩国为临沂市第1大贸易市场，进出口89.5亿元；东盟组织为临沂市第2大贸易市场，进出口67.6亿元；欧盟组织为临沂市第3大贸易市场，进出口40.1亿元。
Linyi Customs held a press conference to inform statistics related to foreign trade in the first half of 2020 on July 16. According to the press, Linyi’s foreign trade hit 40.53 billion yuan with year-on-year increase of 13.8 percent, and trade deficit went up 8 percent to 26.19 billion yuan in the first half. South Korea remains the largest trading partner of Linyi City with trade volume of 8.95 billion yuan, followed by ASEAN with trade volume of 6.76 billion yuan and EU with trade volume of 4.01 billion yuan.
▲7月16日，临沂市医疗保障局成功开出首张医保电子票据，标志着临沂市医保电子票据系统测试成功，即将正式上线使用。
Linyi Healthcare Security Administration issued the first e-invoice on July 16. Based on this successful test, Linyi Medicare Electronic Invoice System will officially put into operation soon after.
“临沂舰”是中国海军隶下的一艘导弹护卫舰，属054A型护卫舰。护卫舰的英语表达是frigate，导弹护卫舰则为missile frigate。因此，“临沂舰”的英文名如果是用warship、 naval vessel这类对于一般舰艇的词汇去表达，相对来说不够精准。
2015年3月，担负海军第19批亚丁湾护航任务的“临沂舰”疾速驶向也门，安全撤离14国432名中外人员，成为中国海军首次动用军舰直接靠泊外国港口撤离同胞和外国人员，“临沂舰”被记集体一等功。2018年，“临沂舰”也门撤侨行动被改编为电影《红海行动》（OPERATION RED SEA）。
